An Extra Options plugin by Pantsedit that adds time and weather controls to the native Settings > Video menu. Changes apply immediately in free roam and persist between sessions in TimeLock.ini.
•Time of Day Lock: freeze the free-roam clock or return to the normal day/night cycle.
•Locked Hour: choose any quarter-hour from 00:00 to 23:45.
•Weather: Current (dynamic), Sunny, Wet, Rain or Storm.
•Race and event time/weather settings take priority; free roam returns to your chosen settings afterwards.
•Runs in memory; no original game files are replaced.
1. Use your own Forza Horizon 2 (Xbox One) build 1.0.0.64 with Azimuth 1.0.1 and Extra Options 0.3.0 (the versions tested by the author).
2. Download FH2-SetTimeWeather-1.2.0.zip from the GitHub Releases page.
3. Merge the archive's mods folder with the mods folder inside the Azimuth directory containing .
azimuth.exe4. Launch the game, then open Settings > Video to adjust Time of Day Lock, Locked Hour and Weather.
Compatibility: tested on Windows 11 with Azimuth 1.0.1 / Extra Options 0.3.0 / FH2 1.0.0.64. Compatibility with newer builds is not confirmed by the upstream README.
Uninstall: remove the Set Time & Weather FH2 line from mods/loadorder.txt and delete mods/Set Time & Weather FH2.
