Needs FH2 PC build 1.0.0.64 running through Azimuth on Windows; same privilege level for Azimuth and FH2WeatherMenu. Source requires building with tools/weather-menu/build.ps1 (Windows .NET Framework compiler).

Launch FH2 with Azimuth and match the Windows privilege level of the menu.

Only build 1.0.0.64 is documented as supported.

Windows .NET Framework compiler / PowerShellREQUIRED

Build FH2WeatherMenu.exe from the source using tools/weather-menu/build.ps1. No prebuilt weather-menu binary is confirmed.
