A floating in-game utility for Forza Horizon 2 PC, created by thekkeith55 and hosted in conner-mcvay/fh2-mods. It edits the running game's memory to control the environment without changing game files, the Azimuth launcher, or save files.
•Set a time of day (Dawn 06:00, Noon 12:00, Sunset 19:00, Midnight 00:00) or choose a custom time.
•Freeze/unfreeze the in-game clock.
•Switch between clear and rainy conditions, or adjust atmosphere, rain and environment intensity from 0–100%.
•Keep weather values applied using Hold weather override.
•Toggle the floating menu with F6 and use Restore / release to undo active overrides.
The repository provides source code and a PowerShell build script, not a confirmed prebuilt weather-menu release.
1. Obtain the tools/weather-menu folder from the linked GitHub repository.
2. On Windows, run tools\weather-menu\build.ps1; this compiles FH2WeatherMenu.exe using the Windows .NET Framework compiler.
3. Start FH2 through Azimuth and load into .
4. Run FH2WeatherMenu.exe, click Connect, and use the time/weather controls.
•Supports FH2 PC build 1.0.0.64, with Azimuth, running at the same Windows privilege level as the tool.
•Designed for single-player free roam; races and cutscenes may override time/weather themselves.
•Reconnect after the game world reloads.
•Changes are made in memory; restoring overrides resumes the normal clock.
•If connection fails, ensure FH2 is loaded into free roam and only one Azimuth instance is running.
•The weather buttons select intensity combinations rather than built-in named weather presets.
