Swatchbin editor

This tool replaces the pixels in Durango Xbox One BC7 .swatchbin bundles with matching RGBA8 PNG images. It does not change texture dimensions, layout metadata, or bundle structure.

It was created because current Forza Tech Studio version (v0.9.2.2) does not support creation of Bc7/ Rec709Linear '.swatchbin' files.
