Quality & maintenance warning — not recommended for stable setups. FH2Patch is a rough, fragile implementation that may fail with different Azimuth builds. The author stated: "nah i will give it up next version of Azimuth update", indicating plans to abandon the project when the next Azimuth update arrives. This is a stated intention, not a confirmed release or discontinuation date.
FH2 does not have a built-in runtime DLL plugin loader. FH2Patch modifies azimuth-tls.dll with a small host DLL that loads plugins placed in fh2plugins when Azimuth starts. An original DLL backup is retained; game data archives are not modified.
1. Close FH2 and Azimuth.
2. Launch FH2 Injector\FH2PatchInjector.exe.
3. Select <Azimuth>\data\bin\azimuth-tls.dll, or drag data\bin / azimuth.exe onto the tool.
4. Click Check, then Inject.
5. Ensure FH2Patch.dll is in <Azimuth>\data\bin. Place plugin DLL and INI files into <Azimuth>\data\bin\fh2plugins.
6. Start the game and inspect <Azimuth>\data\bin\FH2PATCH_LOG.txt for a list of loaded plugins.
Use Restore in the injector. Alternatively, remove fh2plugins and rename azimuth-tls.dll.fh2bak back to azimuth-tls.dll.

•FH2_NODIRT: prevents dirt and mud on the 354 vanilla cars (addon cars remain clean). ExtraAllow= can opt specific imported cars in.
•FH2_AI_HIDE: up to 32 selected car IDs are excluded from AI driving; players can still own and use these cars.
•CarCount: standalone helper (not a DLL plugin) that reads gamedbRC.slt and lists car counts and IDs/names for vanilla and added cars.
•Memory-only plugin changes; no modifications to game data archives.
•Consult PLUGIN_DEV.md for development details.
•Keep CarCount.bat and CarCount.ps1 together. CarCount needs Windows 10 1809+ for winsqlite3.dll.
•Only tested with Azimuth 0.9.10. Memory addresses are version-specific.
•Some Azimuth 0.9.10+ builds check the DLL hash and may refuse to start after injection. Click Restore if that happens.
